Description
Features:
- It is a selective, systemic, broadspectrum & post-emergence herbicide
- It is absorbed by both roots and leaves
- It is translocated via phloem (basipetal) and xylem (acropetal) vessels and accumulates in meristematic tissues
- It effectively controls annual and perennial grasses, sedges, & broad leaved weeds
- Selectivity in crop plants (soybean and groundnut) is attributed to rapid detoxification via hydroxylation and glycosylation
- Result can be seen within 7-8 days
- It has residual control and controls both weeds that emerged & ones that will emerge after a few days
- Use only once in a crop season
- It has no residual effect on following crops except mustard
- It has good rainfastness for 1 hour
- This product has to be used along with surfactant provided with the herbicide (twin pack)
- Applied at 7-14 days after crop sowing (broad leaved weeds in 1-2 leaf stage & grasses 3-4 inches height)
